Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for event planning, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events that reflect our clients’ visions and meet their objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including logistics, catering, entertainment, and vendor management.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide creative solutions to meet their event objectives.
  • Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring all details are handled professionally.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in event planning and coordination.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
